Pasta Salad with Smokey Tomatina (using Smokey Tomatina)

  • 375g ‘Bow’ pasta – cooked & drained
  • 150g sundried tomatoes - sliced
  • 150g black olives – pitted
  • ½ cup shredded basil
  • 1 can artichoke hearts - quartered
  • 1 garlic clove - crushed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 dessertspoon Screaming Seeds ‘Smokey Tomatina’
  • 100g shaved parmesan cheese
  • Extra basil leaves for garnish


  1. Whilst pasta is still warm, toss in the next 8 ingredients until well combined.
  2. When serving, add the parmesan cheese and basil for garnish.

Serving Suggestion:  Serve as a side dish or as a meal with crusty bread.

....  For this recipe, if I don't have  'Smokey Tomatina'  in my pantry, what other SCREAMING SEEDS spice blend could I use instead?
