Meat - Virgin Island Lamb

(Serves 4)

600gms of fresh lamb steaks sliced into thick strips;
2 teaspoons Screaming Seeds  'Virgin  Island  Mix'
3 teaspoons Mirin (or dry or sweet sherry)
3 teaspoons Soy sauce
2 teaspoons fresh coriander or other herbs, finely chopped

Combine all ingredients
Leave to marinade for 2 hours or if you have time, overnight!   The longer, the better!

Serving Suggestions:  Perfect for the BBQ, pan-fry or grill!    Serve with a fresh green salad, rice or couscous. If you prefer -   .... why not use this marinade with chicken, fish, seafood or tofu pieces for this recipe instead of Lamb.

....  For this recipe, if I don't have  'Virgin Island Mix'  in my pantry, what other SCREAMING SEEDS spice blend could I use instead?
