A quick, flavour-packed couscous infused with warm Moroccan spices. The perfect side for meats, chicken or fish.
Ingredients
320g couscous
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon Screaming Seeds Marrakesh Magic blend
2 garlic cloves, sliced
1 large stock cube
Knob of butter
Sea salt
Method
Sauté garlic in olive oil with Marrakesh Magic.
Add stock and bring to boil.
Stir in couscous, ensuring grains are coated.
Remove from heat, cover and absorb liquid (~10 mins).
Fluff with fork, stir through butter and season.
