Ingredients
1 large French baguette
200g soft butter
5-6 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoons Virgin Island Blend
Method
Slice stick (not right through) at 2.5cm intervals.
Mix butter, garlic and Virgin Island Blend.
Spread both sides of each slice.
Wrap in foil, put in oven for 25 minutes at 170 C
