Tips and Hints

Tip 1)   1 to 2 teaspoons is all that is required when preparing a meal for 2-4 people.

Tip 2)   Store Screaming Seeds fresh spice blends in a sealed bag/container & place in a cool dark space ie: a pantry or fridge door

Tip 3)   Don't feel like cooking & wish to eat well?  

For a salad, simply splash on olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice & either Virgin Island Mix,  Southern Cajun, Rainforest Season or Dukkah and toss well...

Contributing towards a friend's Dinner and taking a Dip of some sort?  Jazz it up easily by adding :

  • 1-2 teaspoons Southern Cajun or Kashmiri Krush into a tub of Tzitziki Dip ...
  • Marrakesh Magic, Dukkah or Outback Blend into a Hommous Dip ...
  • Virgin Island Mix, Desert Cajun Rub or Rainforest Season into an Avocado Dip or your own home made version ...
  • Caribbean Chilli  into a tub of  Spinach Dip and if you want it spicier - add more fresh chopped chillies ...
  • Purchase a block of good quality Fetta Cheese, place on a dish then sprinkle liberally with 7 Seas Spice ...
  • Pour & spread a tub of Hommus Dip into a nice flattish dish, sprinkle liberally with Dukkah and finish off by drizzling a little extra virgin olive oil ...

Tip 4)  Having a BBQ and don't have time to marinade?

  • Simply sprinkle your favourite Screaming Seeds spice blends onto your steaks, fish fillets, chicken strips, sausages, hamburgers on both sides and BBQ to your liking!!
