Raita - Yoghurt Sauce (using Southern Cajun)

2 cups yoghurt
2 teaspoons Screaming Seeds ‘Southern  Cajun’
½ teaspoon chilli powder
salt to taste
chopped mint & coriander leaves to garnish

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and garnish with mint and coriander leaves

Serving Suggestions: A light accompaniment at most meals, as the yoghurt provides a perfect foil for the spicy, and often fiery, curries. Raita also doubles as a dip for pappadums.
