Kashmiri Chicken Wraps (using Kashmiri Krush)

“Vegetarians can swap lamb for chunky chopped vegetables like pumpkin, eggplant and zucchini. Add chunky chopped tofu at the end with the spinach and coconut milk.”

Cooking Time: 2 hours


  • 1 cooked chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 teaspoons Screaming Seeds ‘Kashmiri Krush’
  • 1 packet pita wraps, Mountain Bread (lighter) or pockets


  1. Combine mayonnaise, cream and Screaming Seeds ‘Kashmiri Krush’ in a pan and warm through – do not boil
  2. Add chicken pieces
  3. Wrap mixture in ‘pockets’ and serve

Serving Suggestion: Serve with vegetables of choice.
