Lamb with Virgin Island Mix

  • 500g lamb steaks (cut into strips if you prefer)
  • 2 teaspoons Virgin Island Mix
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon greek natural yoghurt
  • 4 teaspoons mirin
  • 2 teaspoons of freshly chopped coriander


  1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl & mix
  2. Add lamb & coat thoroughly, cover & store in fridge for 2 to 3 hours. You may marinate overnight if time allows
  3. Cook lamb to your liking on the BBQ, in a pan or under grill
  4. Serve with salad or Fresh Vegetable Risotto ( also on website using Virgin Island Mix )

Note: Chicken or Tofu will also work with this recipe
