Marinated Spiced Lamb & Vegetable Medley (using Kashmiri Krush & Desert Cajun Rub)

"I have found this to die for … "

Ingredients:

  • 4 lamb steaks
  • 2 capsicum
  • 1 eggplant
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 teaspoons Screaming Seeds ‘Kashmiri Krush’
  • 2 teaspoons Screaming Seeds ‘Desert Cajun Rub’
  • balsamic vinegar
  • brown sugar
  • oil
  • 1 tub Chris's Roasted Capsicum Dip

Method:

  1. Cut vegetables into strips place into a bowl with some oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, with Screaming Seeds ‘Kashmiri Krush’ and ‘Desert Cajun Rub’ and marinate for approximately 1 hour
  2. Cut lamb fillets into pieces, again add some oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar with Screaming Seeds ‘Kashmiri Krush’ and ‘Desert Cajun Rub’ and marinate for approximately 1 hour as well
  3. Barbeque vegetables and meat
  4. Place some vegetable and meat onto toothpicks and serve with dip

....  For this recipe, if I don't have  'Desert Cajun Rub' or  'Kashmiri Krush' in my pantry, what other SCREAMING SEEDS spice blend could I use instead?
