Hot Spuds (using Southern Cajun)

  • 4 whole potatoes, peeled
  • 4 rashers bacon, chopped
  • Screaming Seeds ‘Southern Cajun’
  • 2 tablespoons butter mixed with 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • coleslaw


  1. Cover potatoes and boil until just cooked, then drain
  2. Meanwhile, fry the bacon
  3. Cut potatoes into quarters, add melted garlic butter, coleslaw (to taste), sour cream and bacon
  4. Top with Screaming Seeds ‘Southern Cajun’
