Marrakesh Lamb Cutlets (using Marrakesh Magic, Rainforest Season & Moonlight Dreaming)

“Hi there Guys ... I have a great little recipe for you ...”

8 lamb cutlets
2 teaspoons Screaming Seeds ‘Marrakesh Magic'
2 teaspoons Screaming Seeds ‘Rainforest Season’
2 teaspoons Screaming Seeds ‘Moonlight Dreaming’
50mls extra virgin olive oil
1 medium low sided baking tray

Mix all spices in oil
Allow to soak for 5 minutes
Pour oil over cutlets & spread evenly with the spice mix
Bake in the top of oven for 30 minutes @ 180°C

Serving Suggestion:  For a White Wine & Cream Sauce - gently simmer in a small saucepan, 75mls each of white wine & cream for about 5 minutes.  To Serve .... sprinkle with chopped parsley & pour over the Marrakesh Lamb Cutlets.
