Kashmiri Cheese Ball (using Kashmiri Krush)

  • 110 g cream cheese
  • 110 g tasty/extra tasty cheese, grated
  • 110 g processed cheese, grated
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • ½ capsicum, finely diced
  • ½ stick celery, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon gherkin relish
  • few drops Worcestershire sauce
  • Screaming Seeds ‘Kashmiri Krush’ to roll cheese ball in


  1. Mix all ingredients except the Kashmiri Krush
  2. Shape mix into a ball
  3. Roll the ball in the Screaming Seeds ‘Kashmiri Krush’

Serving  Suggestion: Serve on a plate with water crackers.
