Baked Dukkah Chicken (using Dukkah)

“Delicious served hot with salad and baked potatoes. Also yummy cold and sliced in sandwiches or pita bread.”


  • 6 chicken breast fillets, cut into generous strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2–3 teaspoons Screaming Seeds ‘Dukkah’


  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • crushed garlic to taste
  • black pepper


  1. Marinate chicken strips in the above mixture for 1 hour
  2. Mix together breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan and Screaming Seeds ‘Dukkah’
  3. Roll chicken strips in the breadcrumbs mixture
  4. Bake on shallow tray at 375°F (180°C) for 25–30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and coating is crisp
