Melissas Recipe!! (using Marrakesh Magic)

  • 60g butter
  • 1 onion - diced
  • 1 packet chicken noodle soup
  • 1 teaspoon Screaming Seeds 'Marrakesh Magic'
  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup baby peas
  • 1 cup corn


  1. Melt butter, add onion & saute gently for 3-5 minutes or until soft.
  2. Stir in chicken noodle soup mix with 'Marrakesh Magic'.
  3. Add rice & water - cover then bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat to medium & simmer for 12 minutes.
  5. Take off heat & leave covered for another 12 minutes.

Suggestion:  Before serving - add warmed corn & peas.

....  For this recipe, if I don't have  'Marrakesh Magic'  in my pantry, what other SCREAMING SEEDS spice blend could I use instead?
