Plum Pudding Ice Cream (using Quatre Epice)

  • 2 litres of the creamiest Vanilla ice-cream
  • 2 teaspoons Screaming Seeds ‘Quatre  Epice’          
  • 1 dessertspoon honey
  • A decent handful of fresh or frozen berries
  1. Bring ice-cream to room temperature
  2. Place softened ice-cream in a bowl and combine with ‘Quatre  Epice’,  honey
  3. and berries by using a hand processor or simply mix by hand with a large spoon, slightly crushing the berries in the process
  4. Pour this mixture into individual moulds or a large decorative serving bowl
  5. Cover and refreeze for at least 24 hours before serving.
