Lamb Marinated with Quatre Epice (using Quatre Epice)

(Serves 4)

This marinade is delicious for tofu, lamb, chicken, fish, seafood, game  or beef, than panfry, grill or BBQ.!!

  • 2 teaspoons Screaming Seeds ‘QUATRE EPICE’
  • 600-700gr diced Lamb
  • 4 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 4 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive oil                            
  • 5 teaspoons Verjuice or Mirin (Japanese Cooking Wine)
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped Herbs (optional)


  1. Place all the above ingredients in a container;
  2. Mix well & leave to marinade in the fridge for a minimum of 2-3 hours (overnight better, turning occasionally).
  3. When ready - bring the marinated meat out of the fridge 20 minutes before cooking then BBQ, panfry, roast or grill to your liking.
