Screaming Chilli Pasta

  • 500g spaghetti or penne pasta
  • 1 fresh red chilli, halved & finely diced
  • 6 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Caribbean Chilli
  • 125g butter
  • 2 tbspn of chopped parsley
  • 100g parmesan cheese


  1. Cook pasta to packet instructions
  2. Heat butter in a pan add garlic, chilli, spring onions & Caribbean Chilli
  3. Simmer the mix for 2 minutes, then add pasta & parsley (optonal add olives & feta)
  4. Serve with grated parmesan

Note: Mediterranean Mix would also work with this recipe
You could use chicken or prawns if you prefer a meaty dish. Stir through pitted Kalamata olives and feta cheese when ready to serve
