Honey Pepper Pork

  • One piece of pork rib (lkg plus), also known as Asian style cut
  • 2 teaspoons of Tang Sichuan Blend
  • A good quality honey


  • An oven roasting tray, including rack to raise pork off the base
  • Or, a temperature controlled BBQ oven with a rack if have one


  1. Preheat oven to 130-150C.. not any hotter
  2. Rub the Tang Sichuan over the top of the rib, then drizzle with honey. You don't need to spread the honey, as you will drizzle again later
  3. Place in the oven for approximately 3 hours
  4. Drizzle with extra honey during cooking process if you wish
  5. Serve with Asian style salad and crusty bread
