Rainforest Pesto

Ingredients:

  • 2 handfuls fresh parsley
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1-2 teaspoons Rainforest Season
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Decent pinch of salt & crushed black peppercorns
  • Olive Oil
  • Pasta or noodles, cooked
  • Parmesan grated

Method:

  1. Crush the parsley in food processor
  2. Add garlic & Rinforest Season, combine well
  3. Add juice, sea salt & peppercorns
  4. Add enough olive oil to create a paste like consistency
  5. Drain cooked pasta/noodles, pop back in saucepan add enough pesto and stir well
  6. Serve with grated parmesan & salad
