Seven Seas Stuffing Mix

  • 4 slices of bread processed or chopped finely
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons of Seven Seas Spice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped sage (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan (optional)


  1. Place in a mixing bowl breadcrumbs, sage,  parsley, parmesan (if using), Seven Seas Spice, set aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan saute onion, then add to dry ingredients with egg then mix thoroughly

This recipe may be used to stuff chicken, meatloaf, chicken breast, capsicums or a butterflied leg of lamb.
