Honey Pepper Pork
Ingredients
* One piece of pork rib (lkg plus), also known as Asian style cut
* 2 teaspoons of Tang Sichuan Blend
* A good quality honey
Equipment
* An oven roasting tray, including rack to raise pork off the base
* Or, a temperature controlled BBQ oven with a rack if have one
Method
* Preheat oven to 130-150C.. not any hotter
* Rub the Tang Sichuan over the top of the rib, then drizzle with honey. You don't need to spread the honey, as you will drizzle again later
* Place in the oven for approximately 3 hours
* Drizzle with extra honey during cooking process if you wish
* Serve with Asian style salad and crusty bread
