2 teaspoons Screaming Seeds '7 Seas Spice'
3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons Honey
1 teaspoon Fish or Oyster Sauce
2 teaspoons Sweet Chilli Sauce (optional)

Method:
*    Combine well all the above ingredients, including  '7  Seas  Spice' - except for the fish, in a shallow ceramic or glass bowl
