· Place 1 cup rice in a saucepan that has a good sealed lid; · Add water to the rice, swishing around to get rid of excess starch ... then drain the cloudy water; · Do this 2-3 times; · On 4th time, add 3 cups water to the rice; · Sprinkle in 'GARAM MASALA' & sea salt & mix. Place the lid; · Bring rice to boil then turn heat down to low-medium - keeping the lid on at all times; · Rice should be cooked within 10 minutes for fluffy white rice.
