SPICED POTATOES


”Try this. This recipe is great reheated!!”


Ingredients:

1 kg washed potatoes, cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon ghee
3–4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
4–5 tablespoons Screaming Seeds ‘Bengal 5 Spice’
˝ cup lemon juice


Method:

  • Microwave potatoes for approximately 5 minutes on high

  • Heat ghee in wok and add garlic, minced ginger and Screaming Seeds ‘Bengal 5 Spice’

  • Toast spice until it pops

  • Turn up heat and add potatoes, brown until just soft

  • Add lemon juice and stir through vigorously

  • Turn off heat and serve as main course or side dish
