Place whole pumpkin in the oven (150°C) and cook until skin can be pierced with a skewer
Cut the top (lid) off the pumpkin. Remove and discard seeds
Scoop out flesh taking care not to break the skin. Dice flesh into large pieces (about 3–6 cm)
Place flesh on a baking tray and drizzle over olive oil. Sprinkle liberally with Screaming Seeds ‘Marrakesh Magic’ and stir to coat
Bake in a hot oven (250°C) until pumpkin browns
Return pumpkin to shell and serve hot
