Rainforest Pesto
Ingredients
* 2 handfuls fresh parsley
* 2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
* 1-2 teaspoons Rainforest Season
* Juice of 1 lemon
* Decent pinch of salt & crushed black peppercorns
* Olive Oil
* Pasta or noodles, cooked
* Parmesan grated
Method:
* Crush the parsley in food processor
* Add garlic & Rinforest Season, combine well
* Add juice, sea salt & peppercorns
* Add enough olive oil to create a paste like consistency
* Drain cooked pasta/noodles, pop back in saucepan add enough pesto and stir well
*Serve with grated parmesan & salad
