PLUM PUDDING ICE-CREAM
Ingredients:
* 2 litres of the creamiest Vanilla ice-cream
* 2 teaspoons Screaming Seeds ‘Quatre Epice’
* 1 dessertspoon honey
* A decent handful of fresh or frozen berries
Method:
Bring ice-cream to room temperature
Place softened ice-cream in a bowl and combine with ‘Quatre Epice’, honey
and berries by using a hand processor or simply mix by hand with a large spoon, slightly crushing the berries in the process
Pour this mixture into individual moulds or a large decorative serving bowl
Cover and refreeze for at least 24 hours before serving.
