PASTA SALAD with SMOKEY TOMATINA


Ingredients:

375g ‘Bow’ pasta – cooked & drained

150g sundried tomatoes - sliced

150g black olives – pitted

˝ cup shredded basil

1 can artichoke hearts - quartered

1 garlic clove - crushed

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 dessertspoon Screaming Seeds ‘Smokey Tomatina’

100g shaved parmesan cheese

Extra basil leaves for garnish

Method:

*  Whilst pasta is still warm, toss in the next 8 ingredients until well combined.


* When serving, add the parmesan cheese and basil for garnish.


Serving Suggestion:
  Serve as a side dish or as a meal with crusty bread.
