1 block Philadelphia cream cheese 2 tins chopped capsicum ˝ cup white sugar ˝ cup white vinegar 2 teaspoons Screaming Seeds ‘Desert Cajun Rub’ (adjust quantity to taste)
Method:
Place all ingredients, except the cream cheese, into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Simmer for 45 minutes
Cool and pour over cheese
Serve on a platter with water crackers.
