MOONLIGHT GOLDEN POTATO CUBES

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons Screaming Seeds ‘Moonlight Dreaming’

Salt

1kg cubed potatoes - preferrably Nicola or Kipfler

2 tablespoons oil or butter

2 teaspoons Screaming Seeds ‘Moonlight Dreaming’

Handful of your fave fresh herbs

Salt to taste

Method:

* Bring salted water to boil – add ‘Moonlight Dreaming’ then add potatoes & cook till just tender

* Drain & let potatoes cool.

* In the meantime in a large pan, heat oil/butter to medium-high heat, add potato cubes.

* Sprinkle potatoes with extra ‘Moonlight Dreaming’ – toss & saute cubes till golden brown.

To serve: sprinkle over fresh herbs and serve as a side dish …..
