"Here is a very simple but awesomely delicious recipe.”
Ingredients:
4 lamb shanks 4 spicy sausages 2 large onions, thickly sliced 2–3 teaspoons Screaming Seeds ‘Marrakesh Magic’ 1 x 440 g can tomatoes stock 3 large carrots, chopped into chunks ¼ pumpkin, cut into 8 pieces 1½ cup chickpeas
Method:
Brown lamb shanks in a little olive oil in a heavy based pot or cassarole pot. Remove and place on a dish
Add sausages in pot and brown. Remove and add to lamb shanks
Add sliced onion and Screaming Seeds ‘Marrakesh Magic’ to pot and slowly fry until soft and beginning to colour. Remove
Return lamb shanks, sausages and onion to the same pot
Add carrot, pumpkin, canned tomato and enough stock to just cover
Bring to the boil and reduce to a simmer for 1 hour or until stock reduced by half
