MASALA PLUM PUDDING ICE-CREAM

Ingredients:

2 litres of the creamiest vanilla ice-cream
2 full teaspoons Screaming Seeds ‘Garam Masala’
1 dessertspoon honey
a decent handful of fresh or frozen berries of your choice


Method:

  • Bring ice-cream to room temperature – this happens when ice-cream is soft in the centre and around edges of ice-cream container

  • Place softened ice-cream in a bowl and combine with Screaming Seeds ‘Garam Masala’, honey and berries by using a hand processor or simply by hand with a large spoon, slightly crushing the berries in the process

  • Pour the mixture back into the ice-cream container or a decorative serving bowl

  • Cover with glad wrap and re-freeze for at least 24 hours

  • You must serve this divine flavoured ice-cream with extra cream and berries …
