Virgin Island Mix
Ingredients
* 500g lamb steaks (cut into strips if you prefer)
* 2 teaspoons Virgin Island Mix
* 2 teaspoons soy sauce
* 3 teaspoons olive oil
* 1 tablespoon greek natural yoghurt
* 4 teaspoons mirin
* 2 teaspoons of freshly chopped coriander
Method
* Combine all ingredients into a large bowl & mix
* Add lamb & coat thoroughly, cover & store in fridge for 2 to 3 hours. You may marinate overnight if time allows
* Cook lamb to your liking on the BBQ, in a pan or under grill
* Serve with salad or Fresh Vegetable Risotto ( also on website using Virgin Island Mix )
Note: Chicken or Tofu will also work with this recipe
