LAMB  MARINATED  WITH  ‘QUATRE  EPICE’

 

This marinade is delicious for tofu, lamb, chicken, fish, seafood, game  or beef, than panfry, grill or BBQ.!!

 

Ingredients  :
  

*    
2 teaspoons Screaming Seeds ‘QUATRE EPICE’

*   600-700gr diced Lamb

*   4 teaspoons Soy Sauce

*   4 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive oil                            

*   5 teaspoons Verjuice or Mirin (Japanese Cooking Wine)

*   1 teaspoon finely chopped Herbs (optional)

                                                                               

Method  :                (Serves 4)


Place all the above ingredients in a container;

 

Mix well & leave to marinade in the fridge for a minimum of 2-3 hours (overnight better, turning occasionally).

 
When ready - bring the marinated meat out of the fridge 20 minutes before cooking then BBQ, panfry, roast or grill to your liking.
