Ingredients:

110 g cream cheese
110 g tasty/extra tasty cheese, grated
110 g processed cheese, grated
1 small onion, finely diced
½ capsicum, finely diced
½ stick celery, finely diced
1 teaspoon gherkin relish
few drops Worcestershire sauce
Screaming Seeds ‘Kashmiri Krush’ to roll cheese ball in

Method:

• Mix all ingredients except the Kashmiri Krush

• Shape mix into a ball

• Roll the ball in the Screaming Seeds ‘Kashmiri Krush’

Serving  Suggestion:

Serve on a plate with water crackers.
