“Very quick, very easy, very tasty.”


Ingredients:

4 whole potatoes, peeled
4 rashers bacon, chopped
Screaming Seeds ‘Southern Cajun’
2 tablespoons butter mixed with 1 clove crushed garlic
4 tablespoons sour cream
coleslaw

Method:

  • Cover potatoes and boil until just cooked, then drain

  • Meanwhile, fry the bacon

  • Cut potatoes into quarters, add melted garlic butter, coleslaw (to taste), sour cream and bacon

  • Top with Screaming Seeds ‘Southern Cajun’
