Herb Paradise Dressing

For an easy but very delicious salad dressing ....

Ingredients:  

In a jar (with a tight fitting lid), combine :

*   1/4 cup Olive oil
*   1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
*   Juice of 1/2 a lemon
*   3 teaspoons Soy mayonnaise (ie: Norganics, but low fat or commercial variety fine)
*   1-2 teaspoon Screaming Seeds  'Virgin Island Mix'
*   3 teaspoons Mirin
*   2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh herbs

METHOD:

*   Place lid on jar & SHAKE!!  till well combined. Pour over your favourite salad.

Serving Suggestion: If you prefer reduced amount of Mayonnaise, use 1 teaspoon Mayo with 2 teaspoons natural Yoghurt.

For this recipe if I don't have 'VIRGIN ISLAND MIX' in my pantry, which alternative SCREAMING SEEDS spice blend could I use instead ?
