GARLIC  DUKKAH  BREAD

This is a delicious change to the regular Garlic Bread - with a delicious & tantalising flavour ... you'll have to make double the quantity because everyone is asking for more!  more!  more!!!

*    Slice a whole french stick or baguette at 1 inch intervals (do not slice right through);

*    Mix well together:   

-  150g soft Butter with 

-  6 crushed Garlic cloves &

-   3 teaspoons Screaming Seeds  'DUKKAH'

-   1/2 cup finely chopped Parsley

*   Butter both sides of each slice with this mixture, spreading a little over the french stick/baguette

*   Sprinkle a little more DUKKAH over the french stick then wrap up in foil & pop into the oven for 20-30 mins. at 170°C.

*   Serve warm!

For this recipe, if I don't have 'DUKKAH' in my pantry, what alternative SCREAMING SEEDS spice blends could I use instead???
