DUKKAH CHOOKA

Ingredients:

1 whole raw chicken
olive oil
Screaming Seeds ‘Dukkah’
1 whole lemon, pierced
1 small onion

Method:

• Rub chicken with olive oil

• Then rub in Screaming Seeds ‘Dukkah’

• Pop whole lemon and onion into cavity

• Pour ½ cup water into the bottom of roasting pan, then roast as preferred in an oven

• Continue to baste throughout the cooking process
