˝ cup raisins, chopped 3 or 4 slices bread, crusts removed 50 g margarine ˝ teaspoon Screaming Seeds ‘Kashmiri Krush’ 110 g cheese, coarsely grated 3 rashers bacon, cut into strips and grilled squeeze lemon juice salt & pepper to taste
Method:
Toast bread on one side only
Mix Screaming Seeds ‘Kashmiri Krush’, margarine, raisins, lemon juice and salt and pepper together and spread mixture on untoasted side of bread
Thickly cover with grated cheese and place under griller until cheese is melted and browned
Serve with grilled bacon on top
Serving Suggestion:
Cracker biscuits may be used instead of toast.
