CHICKEN  YUMMY  DRUMMIES ...

Ingredients:

8 Chicken Drumsticks

3/4 cup bread crumbs

2 tablespoon Screaming Seeds  '7  Seas  Spice'

Flour

1 egg beaten with a dash of milk

1 onion sliced into thick rings

Method:

*  Place breadcrumbs & '7 Seas Spice' mix in a large freezer bag

*  Flour drumsticks & dip into egg mix one at a time & coat in '7  Seas Spice' /crumb mix

*  Place in baking dish & cover drumsticks with separated onion rings

*  Cook for 35-45 mins in a pre-heated oven 180o C - discard onion rings
