CAJUN TUNA STEAKS
‘Served on a bed of sweet potato and baby bok choy’


Cooking Time: 15–20 minutes


Ingredients:

1 part flour to 3 parts Screaming Seeds ‘Southern Cajun’
tuna steaks
sweet potato steamed and mashed with a little sea salt, black pepper and milk
baby bok choy, steamed
olive oil


Optional: Lime, avocado & tomato salsa

avocado, diced
fresh tomato, diced
red onion, diced
lime juice
sea salt
black pepper


Method:

  • Mix flour with Screaming Seeds ‘Southern Cajun’ and coat tuna steaks on both sides

  • Add olive oil to a hot pan and fry to your liking

  • Serve on top of sweet potato mash and arrange baby bok choy beside mash

  • Combine all ingredients for the salsa and spoon over top of tuna (optional)
