“Delicious served hot with salad and baked potatoes. Also yummy cold and sliced in sandwiches or pita bread.”


6 chicken breast fillets, cut into generous strips
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2–3 teaspoons Screaming Seeds ‘Dukkah’


1 cup plain yoghurt
1 lemon, juiced
crushed garlic to taste
black pepper


  • Marinate chicken strips in the above mixture for 1 hour

  • Mix together breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan and Screaming Seeds ‘Dukkah’

  • Roll chicken strips in the breadcrumbs mixture

  • Bake on shallow tray at 375°F (180°C) for 25–30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and coating is crisp
