ASPARAGUS OMELETTE

“I have tried quite a few of your recipes and they have been great!”


Ingredients:

1 small bunch fresh asparagus, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon Screaming Seeds ‘Kashmiri Krush’
2 eggs, beaten
crushed black pepper and salt to taste
fresh coriander, chopped
fresh chives, chopped
fresh Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)


Method:

  • Fry garlic and asparagus in lightly oiled non-stick pan

  • Add Screaming Seeds ‘Kashmiri Krush’ and sauté together until asparagus is to your liking

  • Pour over beaten eggs (seasoned with salt and pepper) and sprinkle with coriander and chives

  • Cook until egg is set then finish off under the grill


Serving Suggestion:  Serve with a little sprinkle of fresh Parmesan cheese (optional)
