“I have tried quite a few of your recipes and they have been great!”
Ingredients:
1 small bunch fresh asparagus, chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon Screaming Seeds ‘Kashmiri Krush’ 2 eggs, beaten crushed black pepper and salt to taste fresh coriander, chopped fresh chives, chopped fresh Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Method:
Fry garlic and asparagus in lightly oiled non-stick pan
Add Screaming Seeds ‘Kashmiri Krush’ and sauté together until asparagus is to your liking
Pour over beaten eggs (seasoned with salt and pepper) and sprinkle with coriander and chives
Cook until egg is set then finish off under the grill
Serving Suggestion: Serve with a little sprinkle of fresh Parmesan cheese (optional)
