AROMATIC ROAST CHICKEN
Ingredients:
12 pieces Chicken thigh Fillets
Good pinch each salt, pepper & cinnamon
1 tablespoon Screaming Seeds 'Bengal 5 Spice'
Olive Oil
2-3 dried Bay Leaves
Water
Method:
* Place chicken in baking dish & season with salt, pepper, cinnamon & ‘Bengal 5 Spice’
* Sprinkle olive oil & add bay leaves, making sure all is combined well
* Add enough water to cover ¾ of pan & cover well with foil
* Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180oC for approx. 1 ½ hours or until chicken is cooked
