APRICOT DESERT CAJUN CHICKEN ...
Ingredients:
600g Chicken breast or tenderloins cut into strips
2 teaspoons Screaming Seeds 'Desert Cajun Rub'
1 packet 'French Onion' soup mix
600ml Apricot nectar
1 can Apricot halves / 10 dried Apricots
Method:
* Place chicken in ovenproof casserole dish & sprinkle over with 'Desert Cajun Rub'
* Sprinkle French Onion soup over chicken - place apricots then pour nectar over top
* Bake in 180oC oven for 50 - 60 minutes.
